CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Shore Excursion Cancellations and Changes are free of charge if cancelled or changed at least 7 days ahead of your scheduled Tour departure. Late cancellations and changes will result a penalty equal to the 100% of your prepaid Shore Excursions.

We will need the following information at least 7 days before the Tour departure Date.Each passenger's full name as it appears in their passport; Citizenship; Date of birth; Passport number; Cruise ship name; Arrival date into St. Petersburg; Departure date from St. Petersburg. Your passport must not expire for at least 6 months after your time in Russia. Please make certain of its validity when making any bookings.
